Winter Weddings can be wonderful, but please bear the following points in mind -
It will be cold so please dress appropriately. Thin summer frocks are not a good idea, particularly for young bridesmaids. Muffs, cloaks etc are readily available
It will get dark early, particularly in November and December. To make the most of the light the ceremony should be no later than 1pm
It may well be neccessary to take the bulk of the photos indoors at the reception venue please ensure that there is enough room for this. Many of the smaller venues available can become uncomfortably crowded.
